Montessori Toddler (15–24 months) Certified Directress (Lead Teacher)
Montessori 2–3 Year Old Assistant Teacher
Montessori Infant (6 weeks–15 months) Assistant Teacher

Montessori Children’s Academy (MCA) is seeking three dedicated educators to join our Infant and Toddler community this school year. Due to program growth and the upcoming transition of a long-standing, beloved team member, we are excited to welcome new colleagues who are looking for more than a position — educators who are seeking a professional home where they can grow, contribute, and build lasting relationships with children, families, and fellow staff.

The roles include a Montessori Infant (6 weeks–15 months) Assistant Teacher, a Montessori 2–3 Year Old Assistant Teacher, and a Montessori Toddler (15–24 months) Certified Directress (Lead Teacher). Each position plays an essential role in sustaining a calm, respectful, and developmentally responsive Montessori environment across our Infant and Toddler program.

Ideal candidates are patient, collaborative, and committed to Montessori practice, with a strong appreciation for teamwork, communication, and consistency. MCA is a full-day, year-round program with a deep emphasis on outdoor learning, shared responsibility, and professional growth. We are especially interested in educators who are looking to invest in a community long-term — whether by growing within their role, developing toward leadership, or helping shape the future of our program.
