This cohort guides leaders through the Montessori Makers Organizational Mapping framework—a long-horizon planning process rooted in clarity of aim, thoughtful scheme, and sustainable implementation design. Participants craft a 3–5 year roadmap that aligns people, structures, and systems. The cohort emphasizes collaboration, shared ownership, and practical action planning that supports real, lasting change.
