Service Description
Building Organizational Trust is a 3-hour course designed for school leaders and administrators to strengthen the relational and structural trust that holds communities together. Trust doesn’t happen by accident—it is built, reinforced, and sometimes repaired through systems, culture, and consistent care. In this course, you’ll explore five pillars of trust: Systems, Structures, Strategy, Social Support, and Storytelling. We’ll unpack the ways that trust shows up (or erodes) in everyday school operations—from decision-making transparency to the staff lunchroom dynamics. Through case studies, reflection tools, and practical strategies, we’ll help you design a culture where people feel safe to grow, speak up, and stay. Rooted in Montessori values and informed by organizational psychology, this course is especially useful for those leading during times of change, facing morale issues, or seeking to build sustainable school communities that support both children and adults.
