Service Description

What does it mean to bridge the gap? It refers to the inherent gap that exists between being trained and being prepared to succeed in a Montessori classroom and school. We walk away from training with robust philosophy and lesson knowledge and understand the benefits of a beautifully prepared environment. Then, we come across needs from our children and community that we aren't always prepared to support. This course offers the basics on topics such as neurodivergence, supporting children through behavior, organizational needs, literacy knowledge, equity implementation, and emotional intelligence as a necessity for school relationships.
