We are seeking a passionate, self-starting Adolescent Humanities Guide to join our adolescent program. The ideal candidate brings a love of literature and history, excellent writing and feedback skills, and the ability to build authentic, professional relationships with students. This person will support students in constructing meaningful academic and interdisciplinary projects that connect to the humanities and help adolescents understand themselves and the world.

 

You’ll co-lead the program alongside an experienced guide with a complementary STEM focus, take on advisory responsibilities, and contribute to a collaborative and joyful school culture.

We are also seeking a warm, reliable, and observant Lower Elementary Assistant to support a Montessori classroom of children ages 6–9. This role is ideal for someone who is curious about Montessori, enjoys working with children, and values both collaboration and quiet leadership.

You’ll work closely with an experienced lead guide, learning the rhythms of the classroom, providing hands-on support, and gradually taking on more responsibility over time. This position includes classroom care, indirect academic support, and contributing to a calm, purposeful environment for students to thrive.
